What if someone underage tries to buy? +
The machine physically cannot dispense without scanning and verifying a government-issued ID first. Every transaction is logged with a timestamp. This is more rigorous than a bartender checking ID. Your venue has zero liability — all compliance responsibility is ours per the placement contract.
Is this legal in Florida? +
Completely. Florida law explicitly permits vape vending in adult-only venues like bars. We hold a Florida Retail Nicotine Products Dealer Permit posted on the machine as required. Florida has no flavor ban and no excise tax on vapor products — one of the most favorable regulatory environments in the US.
What if the machine breaks? +
We monitor remotely around the clock. Any malfunction triggers an automatic alert and our local person responds within 24 hours. Machine carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty. You are responsible for nothing — machine ownership and maintenance are entirely ours per contract.
Can I remove the machine if I change my mind? +
Yes. The placement agreement includes a 60-day written notice provision for either party. We remove the machine at our cost. We do ask for exclusivity — no competing vape vending placement — which protects your revenue share as well as ours.
